Abstract

The hamlet meeting is a forum for parties involved in hamlet-level development to gather and discuss together. Benguk Hamlet is one of the hamlets that carries out hamlet meeting activities held by the government of Cabean Village, Sawahan District, Madiun Regency. Only now, the selection of participants for hamlet meetings is still considered ineffective because determining participants for village meetings is often subjective or taken from people with a relationship with the hamlet head. To assist the hamlet head as the hamlet leader in overcoming these problems, a decision support system was built using the web-based Fuzzy SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The decision support system was created and designed using the Waterfall method and tested using the Black Box system testing method. With this decision support system, it is hoped that it will assist the Head of Benguk Hamlet in determining the participants for the Hamlet meeting. The Decision Support System test results for the Selection of Benguk Dusun Deliberation Participants, Cabean Village, Madiun Regency, Using the Web-Based Fuzzy SAW Method, obtained the expected results with Black Box testing to obtain a system success percentage of 100%.
